Santa Clarita

Santa Clarita New Home – Shutters Installed 9 Days After Signing

A new two-story Santa Clarita home, still empty before move-in. We measured, the contract was signed the same day, the order went in the next day, and all seven windows had white plantation shutters 9 days after signing. 3 1/2" louvers with a hidden tilt, so no rod runs down the middle of the panels.

Santa Clarita – Shutters Along a Window Wall — Louvers open on two side-by-side windows, with nothing breaking up the view to the backyard.

Santa Clarita – Shutters with Louvers Closed — The same window wall with the louvers closed for privacy.

Santa Clarita – Dining Room Shutters — The dining room window, done while the house was still empty.

Santa Clarita – Four-Panel Shutter — A four-panel shutter on a 94" window under a clerestory.
